It is a two-man show - ‘Richard’ who seems to be some kind of overseer, and ‘Lee’ who carries out the work.
‘Lee’ was great - polite, good quality work, helpful.
‘Richard’ I found to be a nightmare. I found him rude, aggressive, and seemed to make up prices from one day to the next. When I queried his pricing he phoned me, was (in my view) extremely rude and loud down the phone, and then threatened to withdraw the work entirely unless I paid his new inflated price. I found this to be a form of extortion.
Highly recommend Lee. Avoid Richard.

Im really hurt and upset by this review.
Im sorry I came across as a "Nightmare,rude or aggressive"i was merely trying to explain exactly what the customer was getting charged for,but hes wasn't listening to me and I then said ok if you dont want to pay for the extra work you have the option to say no and we would have not carried it out.The customer agreed to the extra charges which were consistent and by no way inflated,paid for the excellent work that was carried out,only to leave this review.
We are in the process of recovering some tools left at this location. We’ve hit a bit of a communication gap recently, so we’re looking forward to re-establishing contact to wrap up the final logistics.
In no way was I or will I ever try to extort anything from anyone.
