Nigel was excellent, came twice, posted the keys once, professional and likeable too!

I ordered aluminium windows as I did not like UPVC, was given an installation date of mid September, surveyor visited property twice to measure up and inspect the bay. Installation occurred 6 weeks later due to “lack of part”. Installation was quoted to take one day, but installers had to return 4 days later to complete the job. UPVC used to finish the aluminium windows, not as requested. The finish is not right, nothing is square, the UPVC panels do not meet up properly, I am unable to reinstall my wooden blinds as the fittings cannot be replaced. I now have privacy issues.

I had to have two window hinges repaired recently. The wait time on a quote was very quick but it took quite a while to receive a call to book a time to come in but I think this is just because they are very busy. He though was very polite on the phone, was able to come in the same day he called me back. He explained to me what he would need to do and I just let him get on with it. The job went so quick, much faster than I was predicting. All in all, very good job and happy with the results.

The lock on my front door kept sticking which was installed 2000. I also required quotes for a replacement external door, window & lock replacement. Nigel came out and quickly rectified the fault at no charge! Nigel was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, very professional & certainly knows his stuff!. As usual I received excellent, first class service & Nigel is a credit to Admiral Windows Oxford. Thank you so much. Excellent father and son team

They were generally good all round and quick to assess and later to fix the problem. The reason I have marked them down on courtesy is that having got the job into the system they were not responsive about when they were going to do it until I chased through a different route. The representative who attended and did the work was very courteous and pleasant.
