I would not recommend the Admiral security system. Despite charging a substantial amount for yearly maintenance, they don’t care to do the repairs. I have been calling them for several months, asking them to repair our doorbell and intercom, but I was met with ignorance and poor, unreliable work. They finally came two weeks ago and promised to return the next day to finish the repair, but they never did. We are still facing the same problems and inconveniences. I am in the process of an official complaint.

They have an understanding of our needs and make positive cost effective suggestions and are an easy company to trade with.

Admiral fitted and maintained my system to a high standard. I’ve recommended them to friends and family.

Our system was upgraded by Admiral earlier this year. The sales team got our quote back in a timely manor and were available to answer my many questions! The installation was carried out without any issues and we are pleased with the system.

Admiral fitted a costly 5-camera CCTV system. It's extremely unreliable and fails regularly. Getting them to fix it takes months, they constantly argue about trivia, last time it failed, they came out several months later and when it failed again said that the work was only covered for 4 days quote ...  if "it went wrong 4 days later we would come out and take a look....".  They've sent duplicate invoices to get me to pay bills twice and this year they even sent me a bill for a contract I hadn't agreed to and then sent me a threatening solicitors letter for a contract that didn't exist!  Avoid!!
