Explained the problem with my car. Was given a couple of suggestions of what the fault could be and what would need to be done to fix it in each scenario. Car was swiftly booked in for an appointment to examine and was fixed within 30mins of locating the problem. Very friendly , honest and approachable. Would recommend for any problems with car locks or door opening !

Kevin from Adlocks came to evaluate the problem with my lock, order a new one and then came back to fit it two days later. He made sure that it was fitted correctly (unlike my previous one) and checked it a number of times before giving me a guarantee for a year. Every time he turned up he was friendly, professional and I was impressed by his incredible knowledge. Very happy with the end result. Thanks Kevin.

I called Kevin at 9am and he managed to fit me in same day at 11am around other jobs he had in the area. Mums front door locking mechanism needed replacing as it had stopped locking the previous night. He replaced the mechanism, adjusted the door and made alterations where the original installer had done a bad job causing the fault in the first place. He was polite, clean and tidy and kept me informed of what needed doing throughout. The work was also reasonably priced in my opinion. I would definitely use this guy again if the need arises.

Arrived on time explained what the faults were and what was required to rectify faults. Gave the cost of work and completed work in a timely fashion
