ADL rang me within 30 minutes of me putting out my job request and said they could come round later that day. Actually came earlier than they had said they would (very refreshing for a tradesman) and stayed for 2 hours as the job turned out to be more than it was (locking mechanism had broken and had to be fixed as well as doors needing adjusting).
