  Wall Removal Structural Report

  Overall, I was happy with the work provided. The report was delivered promptly and was of good quality. However, there was a communication issue: the salesperson informed me that the quote included submission to building control, but when I received the report, I was told this was not the case and that I would need to handle it myself. I felt a bit misled by this. Otherwise, the work itself was good.

  Boundary survey

  Very poor communication. After accepting the job and requesting for documents there is no response even after chasers.

  Fantastic professional company. Sorted my structural survey out within 2 days. You can’t get better than that. They are the consummate professionals who deliver a brilliant service within very tight deadlines. I dealt with Lee who offers excellent practicable advice. In my opinion they are the go-to people for building surveys.
