  Extension roof internal inspection

  In June 2023 I was concerned as my two storey extension roof internally appeared to have problems. I then contacted Adkins Consultants, as their reviews seemed good. I had a visit a few days later, from Mr Zubair Sherwani . He carried out a comprehensive inspection, of the roof, including checking the rooms below. He then produced a report with photographs, which highlighted problems in the structure of the roof and its supports. He explained the best way forward to carryout repairs and, ensure the roof was safe and stable. Service from Adkins and Mr Sherwani was excellent. RECOMMENDED

  Engineers report for building works

  I purchased a house which identified (at the very last legal hurdle) the need to remove asbestos contaminated ceilings. While the ceilings were out it seemed like a good time to undertake some internal wall re-configuration work. As such at very very short notice Sue at Adkins Consultants was kind enough to listen to my challenge and was happy to provide structural engineer support on a near impossible timescale. Such prompt and professional service enable me to keep on track with my refurbishment schedule and provide full structural reporting details for building control in good time.
