    My Samsung fridge had stopped working properly and wasn’t cooling – it stayed at 16°C.

    I contacted Angel on Father’s Day, and within a few hours, he replied and came over the same day. He carefully inspected the fridge from top to bottom and quickly identified the issue: a faulty internal fan. He explained everything clearly and said he could order the replacement part. By Wednesday, the part had arrived, and Angel came the same day to install it. The fridge is now working perfectly. From diagnosis to repair, the whole process took less than four days – fast, professional, and precise. I would absolutely recommend Angel and wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again in.

    Diagnose issue with refrigerator

    This is the second time we have used ADK this year. Unfortunately the refrigerator after a thorough review a new one was decided to be the best option going forward. The engineer and I discussed options on the new model. Clean, tidy, good communication around attending and the issues with the appliance, very thorough diagnostic review

    Can't praise this company enough. Angel was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish - a true gentleman! He responded to my initial enquiry promptly and was able to visit the next day. He kept me informed of his arrival time on the day. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing at each stage of the repair. I would definitely recommend ADK and will not hesitate to contact them for any future appliance repairs.
