From start to finish, Steven, Ben and the team were extremely pleasant and professional throughout. Any queries I had during the quoations process were answered in no time at all. The whole installation itself was completed within a working day. Would highly recommend for anyone who was thinking about having solar plus batteries fitted.

I approached 4 different companies with a view to having a battery storage installation to connect with my existing solar panels. This company were the most knowledgeable about my particular circumstances and had the most competitive price. They were very informative and answered all the questions I asked in a way I could understand and were always very friendly, polite and courteous.

Between them, Ben and Steve provided a first-class service end to end. Responsive to my multiple queries about the exploration of best options, fully informed in the run up to the installation and then Steve and team completed it all as planned, and have continued to be readily available with the odd further query. From day 1 the installation has been operational without a hitch. Superb service.

The pre installation information was excellent and very informative. They were always ready to answer any questions and provide further information. Steve was very knowledgeable about the product and system.

Highly recommended. We had a few quotes from companies that provide glossy brochures and charge silly money whilst baffling with techno babble. Found adept who provided a great service. System fitted, installed and set up within a day including how to use the management apps. Scaffolding up and down over three. Lots of advice given about our requirements prior to installation. Very knowledgeable on all aspects. The batteries are modular, easy to increase capacity without massive increase in cost. No other company we had quotes from offered this. In the end we went for four, 12.8kWh.
