  New oil boiler and tank

  A breath of fresh air. From start to finish, the installation of a new heating system (oil boiler and tank), was considerably quicker than expected, the team were polite, clean, diligent and friendly. We now have heat and water. You wouldn’t even know they had been in the house. Even took their shoes off without being asked Thoroughly recommend.

  Boiler Change

  We use Adept where I work for several years now and have been over the moon with the service they provide. My boiler recently packed up at home and needed to be replaced. Although I had not worked with the two engineers before, both George and Matt provided a first class service, absolutely flawless! I was happy to leave them at home so I could be at work and when I returned to sign the paperwork off it was as if they had never been there (apart from the new boiler). 1st class service and a 1st class install. All of the team that work at Adept are a real credit to the company! Well done.

  The service was very professional, from the initial quote arrangement to the execution of the installation. George and Matt displayed remarkable efficiency on the day of installation, were polite, and showed great respect for our home. They installed everything precisely as quoted, resulting in a job well done and leaving the area neat and tidy. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

  Resolve major central heating problem

  Adept were called to resolve a situation where several radiators (at my elderly in-laws' property) suddenly stopped working. Adept attended quickly and a logical series of remedial actions were undertaken over a number of visits (including boiler servicing, installation of a new pump, and powerflush). All actions were essential, undertaken with diligence and courtesy by the engineers, and eventually we again have a fully working system. We are indebted to all staff who helped to resolve this situation, and grateful for their time and patience. We highly recommend Adept and will use again.
