Clive from Adept installed an open fireplace for us over 12 years ago and we had no hesitation in asking him back to install a log burner for us. He came to give a free quote and then we were able to book in to have the work done which was carried out promptly and to a high standard. Clive recommended a log burner which was just right and knows his stuff as he has a lot of experience. He is a very polite, friendly and professional chap who is punctual and works hard. Clive was very professional, came and quoted with a written quote. Also he helped me know what to order for the stove installation and made recommendations. Clive was really helpful in scoping out the materials and gas fire including guidance on suppliers. He installed the fireplace and fire on the agreed date and at the agreed price.
