  Responded quickly to an urgent request for a report to be done to help with the progression of a sale report. There was a bit of too-ing and fro-ing with regards when they’d be coming but I was kept in the loop and they remained flexible to find a mutually convenient time. The engineers who came were very pleasant and helped keep the WiFi on when my husband needed it for work and the report was provided very promptly.
