The owner promised to ring back to arrange a time to visit. This never happened and as previously, it was impossible to make phone contact.

I woke up to find my electric plugs not working on a Saturday morning. Aden Associates came straight out to diagnose and fix the problem. They were friendly, courteous, very professional and reasonably priced, especially considering how quickly they came at a weekend. The problem was a tricky one to identify (old house with weird wiring), but they wouldn't leave me until they had found it and fixed it. Life savers. I am so pleased with this company and can't thank them enough.
