  Design and build a loft extension.

  Adecon Design & Build helped design and build our loft extension and we couldn't be happier. From the initial consultation, design and build phases, Adecon were transparent, professional and provided useful design suggestions to suit our preferences. Prices were more than reasonable and estimated timeframes were met. Constant communication and availability of the team meant the whole process went smoothly and stress free. I have already recommended Adecon to others considering an extension.

  Applying for permission and construction property management

  It was a pleasure to work with Elgert. He has gone to the fullest lengths to apply for licenses for multiple properties and has had a 100% success rate to get all permits and permissions that i need for my properties. I have had rejections with other architects from the council but Elgert is the best at job. For example, Elgert has helped me get permission to turn a house into 6 individual flats, including getting permission for a loft and managing to get permission to convert the garage into a liveable space which would never of been possible with any other architect.

  Flat refurbishment

  Excellent communication and organization throughout the project. Work was undertaken and completed in a timely manor, any issues were transparently discussed and re-solved in a professional manor. Works consisted off a full flat refurbishment. Including lay-out alterations, new kitchen, bathroom, electrical upgrade, joinery, flooring and re-decoration.

  Internal structural extension at catering warehouse premises

  I can thoroughly recommend Elgert and his team at Adecon based on the excellent experience we had with them on an internal extension project at our Warehouse in Neasden. It was a time sensitive project and Adecon exceeded expectations on how quickly they got on with the project and the work ethic that they have in the team. I found Elgert reactive and collaborative and easy to work with despite us adding extra after extra to the project. If only all builder experiences were like this!

  Large project to renovate our main house, add a rear kitchen extension, and add a loft.

  As the size and complexity of the project was very large and our budget was tight, we were so glad to find the Adecon team to work with us. They guided us every step of the way, ensuring we understood all the key decisions and weekly progress we were making. They identified the upcoming decisions and gave us time to make our decisions without time pressure so that we could end up with a perfect home. The team worked with us to find solutions to any problems and adjust timelines so that we always made progress. Most importantlly could say enough about the quality of build. 10/10.
