  Replaced a faulty lock on a front door

  Responded promptly on Checkatrade and was able to give a quote upfront. Tended to the issue quickly despite it being the weekend. Very polite and professional. Explained what was wrong with the mechanism in the lock / door and persevered with replacing the lock in the door despite it not being a straightforward and easy task. Cleaned up well afterwards, very professional service, would recommend.

  Addy came out and completed three lock changes on our new home

  addy was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job, he was polite from the offset , clean and tidy and couldn’t even tell he’d been here, he was efficient and very friendly. very very happy with his work, competitive price and super efficient and will be using his company again , 100% recommend him to anyone, nice family man doing his job efficiently and respectfully, very happy customer x
