  Addy did a great job in fixing my broken front door which would not open. He came out the same day I called him, and he sorted the issue very quickly for me. He was very friendly and professional, and I'd happily recommend him to others.

  Addy responded to our call for help professionally and was totally upfront and transparent about what the job might cost. We’d previously rejected a quote from another firm when we didn’t feel confident about their work. We had no doubt about Addy, and that was confirmed by the speed, quality and expertise that Addy showed. He was pleasant and helpful, tidied-up completely, and even changed our lock after he’d repaired the original fault (with no pressure on us to agree to the extra work). Would have no problem recommending Addy to anyone needing a reliable locksmith.
