  Loft conversion and extension

  Really happy with the work Addspace did. Fairly substantial amount of work with extension, ground floor reconfiguration plus a loft conversion. High quality of work, always felt informed on progress and costs; any additional work required was explained before they started accruing extra cost. Very impressed with both the Addspace team and the other trades they brought in or recommended. Any issues we identified after the work was complete were rectified very quickly with no hassle. Would definitely use them for any future work.

  Loft conversion

  Absolutely brilliant job! The whole team were friendly and courteous and prompt and efficient. They were very skilled and used great quality material's. Ben and Terry were outstanding and worked extremely long hours to get the loft conversion completed. We are delighted with the finish.

  Addspace Building Ltd have done a fantastic job that came in on time and more importantly on budget as quoted with no hidden extras. The entire team are really hard professional workers and extremely friendly, who kept us up to date throughout the build. The advice from the architect at the start of the process was invaluable, as he gave us options to get the maximum functional space to service our needs. All costs were clearly stated with a full inventory of what was included and recommendations for our additional tradesman (tiler for the bathroom) were excellent and well priced.

  Hip to Gable loft extension

  Fantastic experience using Addspace, always a nerve racking experience having major work undertaken on your home.Wayne and the his team were courteous, personable and communicated well at every stage keeping upheaval at a minimum allowing us to continue using our family home as normal throughout the project. Wayne clearly outlined works to be undertaken and was flexible and transparent on costs and procedure to any alterations we wanted to make during the build. Carpenters, plasterers, electricians, roofers, window fitters all top level professionals. Special mention to Ant and Mason - superb

  Loft conversion

  Wayne and team completed our loft conversion this summer. They were timely, tidy, courteous and extremely hard working throughout. No question went unanswered and nothing was too much to ask of Wayne, Ben and Terry. The work was completely to an exceptionally high standard, the team were always confirming our choices and took time to explain the available options. All pricing was completely transparent and in my opinion very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an extension or loft conversion.
