Add Heat were extremely professional during the installation. Andy and Sam were just like having the family in our home, very polite and happy to explain everything involved in the in the process. Make sure you have plenty of Jammy Dodger biscuits available.

When we woke this morning, there was a very loud rattling coming from our boiler. We could only stop it by running our hot tap until it ceased. Addheat came after about 3 hours and fixed it. Apparently there was too much mains water coming into the boiler and it couldn’t cope. Parts are needed but it was sorted for Christmas (almost). The next morning pressure had reduced to zero again and I couldn’t fix it. Within an hour the same guy came back and showed me what to do. Overall an excellent performance.

Very professional, polite and considerate team. My young son found the noise of the drilling difficult to deal with so they let me know each time they were going to do something noisy so he could prepare himself. Also worked late on the first of two days of fitting to ensure we heat at night. Boiler fitted and working as expected since.

On time very pleasant and knowledgeable engineer.

From the decommissioning of all 3 tanks to the installation of the new Combi boiler and lastly tidying up, all was a great experience.Each person knew exactly what to do and this team worked really well together. Cannot thank Andy,Sam and Matthew enough for their professional approach and workmanship on this job.

Recently used Addheat to mend a broken toilet. They came out quickly and resolved the problem easily. Would recommend to anyone. Sam was very polite and explained everything well so I understood what caused the leak, he resolved I the issue quickly and showed me the receipt of material used.
