I have used Addison glass for many years. They are my goto people for all of my glass work; Upvc replacement, coloured glass, glass for doors, bar backs, pyro, sash window repairs and even glass for balustrades. Always very helpful, accommodating and friendly. They are local too which is nice. Good turn around speed on orders. They have even recently cut glass while I waited which was amazing for me (I did phone ahead first) . Well done Addison.

The windscreen of our Mercedes van had become unstuck. They advised us how best to proceed and they rectified the problem quickly and efficiently.

They came to measure up and assess work required on the same day we reported problem. They quoted a very reasonable price later on the same day. They replaced the windows about a week later and kept us informed throughout. The staff who attended were very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Overall, the whole experience was great and extremely reasonably priced. They were courteous, helpful, clear and to the the point - they knew what needed to be done and explained it clearly. I had to delay the job and they took it in their stride. I went to their premises to get the job done, it was carried out quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Given that a main dealer had botched the job previously (and charged 5 times as much), I am very happy with what has been done.
