  Toilet leaks

  We have been clients for AD Construction since 2016. They have done a great job refurbishing our house. They are trusted and highly recommended by our friends who were also very pleased with the works they have done for their houses. We can contact and book an appointment with them easily. They are very accomodating, helpful, efficient and gives honest opinion about what needs to be done.The quality of their work has always been of high standard and they have always provided excellent service.   Major renovation - absolutely excellent.

  Major renovation of our first home. Replaced all floors, took down walls, replaced water and heating pipes, boiler to heatpump, under floor heating, renovated electrics, drains, kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom. Agnis provided a rapid, and reasonable quote for the entire job and gave accurate estimates of how long it would take. Valuable feedback and pointers on what to consider and what we might want to think about. Nordic quality build. Absolutely amazing: efficient, high quality, and helpful. The attention to details is also ridiculous - exquisite finishes. 10/10. Will engage again!

  Detached property extension and complete renovation

  It was 1930s property and needed complete renovation and extension. Mr Agnis and his team did everything from planning, designing and doing all the work. The project took 9 months and they meet the deadline as it was agreed and on the budget that was very reasonable and affordable.
