Despite a slight bit of miscommunication at the beginning, Dave showed up as quickly as he could. Really nice guy who managed to find & fix the problem quickly.

I contacted Dave on a Wednesday about a fault with an appliance at my father-in-law’s house. He has dementia, so I needed someone who would be patient and understanding, and Dave was exactly that. He managed to fit us in just two days later, which was a real help. He quickly found the problem, repaired it on the spot, and charged a very fair price. I’ve saved his number and won’t hesitate to call him again if anything else crops up. Reliable, kind, and professional, highly recommend.
