Darren was very punctual, with brilliant communication. He worked solidly for the 3 days he was here. He noticed that the problem was caused by uneven steps which would have led to the problem recurring, so levelled out the steps, which was a big job, within the time planned for the work and within the original quote. He has done a great job- it is super neat and looks lovely, and tidied up before he left.
