Told the company to cancel the appointment 2 days before the appointment and they still turned up. Servery man kept pressing the bell and wouldn't leave. Dont recommend to anybody

I used Ada for 8upvc windows and an aluminium sliding door replacement. The whole process was fairly smooth and the fitting team were efficient in the timescale. The surveyor explained the process and it was relatively close to the expectation. There was a slight error in one window, however, Ada rectified the issue without hassle. Overall, although I knew there may be small issues along the way but I was satisfied with the job and the teams as they acted professional. I would like to thank Ada and would recommend them

Got a great discount in January for a good quality French door and window. I have been using them already for 7 months and no issues. The sales team and installation team kept a great communication and transparency through the whole process and the installation was professional. I compared a few options and their price was also very competitive. Happy to recommend them. Compare with other options that I had, their lead times were also the best as they manufacture their own windows unlike other installers.
