  Allen was by far the most detailed and comprehensive where not only was the quote turned around in 24 hours, there was no pushy sales talk and I was particularly impressed with the clarity Allen provided on involving building control as well as his guarantee. The work took just shy of 4 weeks where his team were incredibly hard working and most importantly did a fantastic job. Recommend highly :)

  Repair to ridge tiles and roof vents installed

  Excellent job as always. Job done to good standard with minimal fuss and site left clean. We have used A Dansie Roofing on previous occasions, from full roof re-tile to minor repairs, and found them to be very reliable and accommodating, carrying out works to high standard, would highly recommend.

  Soffit Repair

  Already having a great impression of Allen Dansie from previous contact, I asked if he could help when one of my soffits suddenly worked loose & could have caused injury to a neighbour had it fallen. Again the response was excellent & swift throughout. Within days the job was inspected, quotation sent, scaffolding put up, the repair completed, the scaffolding removed & the invoice & helpful photos received. A fantastic service, end-to-end & certainly one of the best I have ever had in dealing with any business. I would definitely use this company again & recommend them.

  Garage roof and 3 x flat roofs which were part of the main house roof.

  Allen gave us good advice around having four flat roofs contained with our property and garage replaced. He was not pushy towards doing the work, just giving us the pros and cons. From that we were able to make our decisions. His advice was spot on as when the old flat roofs were removed it was obvious that had the work not been carried out there would have been bigger problems at a later date. The work was carried out on time and to a high standard with the site being cleared at the end of each day. I would have no hesitation in using him again and would be comfortable giving a recommendation
