Water Softener Installation

We had a water softener fitted by Adam and were very pleased with the installation. Adam arrived on the agreed day and time and did a superb job and cleared up behind him. We would highly recommend him and will certainly be using him again for our plumbing and heating requirements. For anyone living in a hard water area the water softener is a great solution.

Fitting smart thermostat, servicing boiler

Adam was great, very responsive and came out on a Saturday. I previously had some dodgy work done by another plumber and Adam fixed it all, leaving the wiring for our new smart thermostat really neat and safe, and the boiler in great working condition. 10/10 would recommend.

Firstly, the communication from Adam was excellent. We knew exactly what was happening and when. We also discussed in detail the job as well as options to personalise it to suit us and our needs. The job was performed very promptly and extremely professionally. Adam was very efficient and a very neat and tidy worker with a keen key for detail that was very appreciated. Should I have any job in the future I will definitely be hiring Adam. I would strongly recommend Adam Yates.

Friendly and very professional

The install itself was nicely done. Adam had to move various pipes to ensure it would fit properly in the cupboard and he did a wonderful job. While the install was ongoing, Adam was friendly and explained various things. He ensured I knew where the bypass was for the water softener. He stayed late to ensure the job would be finished that day as well.
