Jon (together with his plumber partner) renovated our bathroom to the highest standard. A detailed quote was provided in advance and the final invoice very closely matched this. Jon was reliable, friendly and his work was amazing. Whenever there were unexpected problems, he suggested a solution, going over and above to sort things out. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would recommend Jon without hesitation!

Jon and the team were great. Really clear communications. Really tidy and worked around us really well. Workmanship was great, Jon built us a media wall for our new fireplace and it looks great.

Jon Adams and his Associate TJ worked a miracle because it was a very small bathroom and therefore a Design challenge. They were most resourceful at making this happen and particularly with careful regard to my need for grab bars in strategic places. Design and Do, as they are known, well I would recommend them to ANYBODY, as a pair of competent, pleasant, friendly, diligent hard workers. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we felt confident in them from design visit to final completion. Cost wise I am sure the outcome was cheaper than using one of the major bathroom firms. We had some longstanding issues with leaks from an upstairs bathroom, which had also resulted in some damage to the ceiling in the room below. Jon took great care in assessing the current setup and proposing an approach that should prevent future issues and which went further than the recommendations made by other companies we approached. The work was carried out to a high standard and we would like to recommend Jon in particular for his reliability and responsiveness, as well as for the good communication during the project.
