Incomplete range of Freesat stations brought 3 prompt replies. This one had worked for us before so it was good to have him back. Appointment for next day . Suspect was dish on chimney; minor realign of dish, and replacement of LNB. Back at ground level our list of unavailable stations was checked through and miraculously demonstrated their availability.
