On time and quick brilliant service

Good communication, on-time, pleasant on arrival at property. Was here for approx 35 mins. Sent all docs required via email within matter of hours (gas safety cert). No concerns. Job done. Would use again.

I needed a gas pipe capping off and removing. The engineer was due on bank holiday Monday, but phoned in Sunday morning to ask if it was convenient to come now. He turned up 15-minutes later and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Prompt to answer my call. Asked politely and answered my question in detail to explain the problem. Have a time and day he would arrive. Was on time and did a quality work.
