David kept us informed of a slight delay in his arrival (which wasn’t very long - we have roadworks nearby which is understandable). He was friendly but professional and knowledgeable about the issue. He completed the job quickly and charged a reasonable price.

David was great. Excellant communication, clear explanations, systematic and thorough. He spotted other plumbing issues and, with my agreement, addressed them too. Friendly, professional, highly recommended.

David from Ada Lena Heating Ltd completed some work on our boiler. The boiler was not producing enough hot water and as well as replacing some parts he cleaned out the whole system. The boiler is working perfectly now and is much quieter too! David was very approachable and friendly and explained everything he was doing and what had been causing the problem. He is extremely professional and certainly knows his stuff. I would highly recommend David for his knowledge, his reliability and his friendly manner. Lynn
