  The vast experience is evident and the attention to detail sets Adalan LTD a head above all the other builders I worked with. From the planning, through the build, and after completion, the communication has been great and I always felt safe and understood. Despite multiple changes of heart on our part, Adalan LTD accommodated and guided us through to achieve the best possible result, and have also kept in mind my budget. We have received multiple compliments on the house since it's been done. Highly recommended!!!

  Excellent from start to finish

  Adrian & his team are nothing short of super heroes in our eyes. We have a done full house & garden refurb including loft conversion. We had the misfortune of going with another, cheaper builder first, who came in & tore our house apart; nothing done to building regs & left the house in complete chaos. Adrian from day1 was reassuring, & made sure all was in order to continue (structural engineer, building control etc). The quality of the work Adrian did was superb, from the structural to the aesthetic to the garden & they kept to agreed timeframes. We wish we went with Adrian to start with!

  Loft extension

  Adrian and his team have done an excellent job converting our loft. They were friendly, courteous and helpful throughout. Great communication and always on hand. The job was completed without delays and it was a stress free experience. We’re having Adrian and the team back to do our rear extension. Highly trusted and recommended.

  Loft extension and 2 new bathrooms

  I highly recommend Adrian and team. They worked to fixed cost and were very fast. A few minor issues were fixed without question or cost to us. A large loft extension with 2 rooms and a bathroom was completed and ready for decorating in less than 6 weeks and it has a high quality look and is in keeping with the rest of the house.

  Loft extension

  Adalan Builders completed dormer loft conversion for us, creating bedroom and shower room. From the beginning to the end Adrian and his Team were professional and always available to answer any questions. They needed to lower the ceilings on the first floor to create enough head room for loft. All works were done amazingly speedy, clean and with attention to detail and approved plans. The builders hoovered every evening which was great to see. They have been punctual and kept to provided schedule and cost. Adalan Builders provided amazing outcome for very competitive price. Highly recommended!

  Adalan have been faultless throughout all the work they have carried out for us. They have completed our work to the highest degree and in a timely fashion. Couldn't have asked for more from a great team.
