Full house repoint & porch roof fitted with new tiles by Declan and the team. We were quoted a fair and reasonable price and work completed within good time and to the best standard. I can't speak highly enough about Adair Building Services. whilst this wasn't a huge job, what Declan and Carl did left me very impressed. Really lovely guys, polite and courteous, good communication with Declan prior to the job starting. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned down before they left. I would 100% recommend them and should I need a builder in the future, Declan will be the only number I call.

Declan was great to deal with. Arrived to give the quote when he said he would and work began on time. Extremely professional, really good communication and all round great job done. Would highly recommend.

Ryan was very willing to discuss the work, came up with an acceptable plan, was quick to fix a date to do the work, and was very professional. The price was also very acceptable.
