I had a quote from ACW and a question about it, and they never replied. So, a week later, I emailed to accept the quote, to which they responded and booked me in. I was told the scaffold would go up the week before the roofing works would start. The scaffold did not go up the week before, so I emailed and called to see what was happening but got no reply. At this point, I knew they weren’t coming to do the roof, and sure enough, they never turned up, never called, never emailed, and I still can’t get a response from them. I would avoid wasting your time with this company.

Existing roof was suffering from cracking and had already been patched by the original installer and wasn't to satisfactory standard.The initial installer had gone into liquidation but ACW provided an estimate which the insurance company acceptoed and inspite of unforeseen delays kept to the estimate price.Good work and friendly people . Definitely recommend ACW and would use again.

We were really pleased with the work carried out and the lads on site were very friendly, polite and professional and did a great job and tidied up well afterwards.
