The service was everything one could ask for. Competitive pricing, personable and prompt communication, reliable, punctual, clean and tidy with very good workmanship. Paul was very happy to answer any queries we had before deciding on the work. He was also helpful in providing quotes and recommendations for some additional work that we’re planning to undertake. He came back to fix a very minor issue (cause by our toddler) for us without any problems. I would highly recommend and would engage Paul and his team again if needed.

Used Paul And Jim to replace an old leaking Velux roof window. Communication was good and quick, with a quote given after a look (via photos) . Work was carried out on the date agreed with them both arriving on time. The work was completed in a day with all the rubbish and old window taken away. They were both polite and hard working (even brought their own tea bags) and would look to them again for any further work we need to be done.

Everything that you would want from a tradesperson. From start to finish Paul was excellent. He was open and transparent about the quote (other, bigger firms take note) and the work that needed doing. We had to have a bit of a delay before installation and it wasn't an issue. Installation itself was fuss free and completed quickly and smoothly with an excellent end result. All for a reasonable price. HIghly recommended.

Amazing products supplied and install? Clean tidy , all.dates given were up held in.e deposits site survey and date of works .. Was such and easy system and great team .. Already got back half of house booked in with them .. A plus plus.

We are very happy with the work done by Paul and his colleague to replace our windows and fit a new front door. The communication was excellent, and we had helpful advice on the work from the start. The quoted price was very competitive and the quality of the work to a very high standard. Paul was happy to add additional work to the job at short notice and I have already recommended Acute Design to several friends.

We had paul in to fit a full house of windows and two doors Paul was absolutely fantastic from the get go He explained everything exceptionally well and followed up on everything he we spoke about. He even did a couple of extra bits free of charge whilst working here Paul arrived each day on time as promised He worked very hard each day he was here and you can tell by the finish product that Paul is a perfectionist in what he does The house was left in spotless condition at the end of each day and we couldn’t of been more happier I would highly recommend Paul Thanks buddy
