The whole team provided and excellent service with the installation team being especially professional and curteous, replacing 6 windows in 1 day to a high standard.

I had new composite front and back doors fitted along with 3 new windows. Arrived on time, tidy and professional. Very happy.

Can not begin to recomed Active Windows & Doors enough. Just had a full set of windows installed in just under 2 days. The guys were early to start and treated our home with respect, they have done an amazing job on the finished instal cleaning up everystep of the way, in fact they properbly left the house cleaner than when they started. They also reinstalled all the blinds and shutters again proberably better than they were originally. Great price quoted with no extras, completed on time and to a very high standard. Requested a home visit by Active windows after a recommendation from another house owner on the estate. Lewis came out and was just great to deal with as he was not pushy in anyway and very patient with myself in answering my questions. He suggested it was worth visiting there showroom in Washington if i wanted to see there windows , handle types and fittings used. Lewis then came back to me with prices and different options. He was fully aware that we had spoken with alternative suppliers but he stood out and his pricing was fare and just made everything easy. Installation team were 100% also

Having asked four companies to quote for double glazing on my three-bed semi, I was most impressed by Active Windows & Doors. Lewis was very friendly and knowledgeable- there was no hard sell. Thankfully their quote was also the cheapest. After a visit to their factory and showroom to see the products and finishes, we were very happy to go ahead. We choose black uPVC inside and out, which I think suits our stone built house. The install took two days, and I was happy to leave the team to it. I’ll be using them for aluminium bi-fold doors in phase 2 after a knock through. Highly recommended.
