Colin, of Active Property Care, has been a tremendous help to us over the years, in general maintenance of our home. His most recent job for us included decorating the walls of our landing, repairing and painting a bow window, putting up a new slate house number, and painting a new loft-ladder hatch. His work has always been meticulous, and his care to detail has been very professional. We would highly recommend Active Property Care, without hesitation.

Have used Active Property Care on numerous occasions and Colin is always my first choice for any work I need doing. His attention to detail is exemplary and he will not leave the job until he is satisfied that it’s completed to his very high standard. On this occasion the kitchen radiator proved problematic but his expert knowledge and experience ment that he completed the task and everything is working perfectly. The bathroom ceiling had rotted in places and had holes as a result of the flat roof above leaking. It’s now looking like new repaired, filled and repainted. Excellent work

The job involved more work than had additionally planned because of the poor state of the roof that was only evident after work began. Colin kept me fully informed about what else would be needed and made sure I was happy with everything before continuing. As always his work was completed to his very high standard. Even though the work ran over into a second week he still made sure the job was completed before moving on to his next one. Cannot rate Colin high enough excellent work and to a very high quality

Colin did a superb job on the painting, a proper craftsman. He also carried out crucial maintenance work to ensure the best possible result. He was extremely considerate and a proper clean up operation was part of the service.

As always Colin’s standards are of the highest quality. Work was completed on time and with minimal fuss and disruption. Highly recommend
