Fantastic customer service, they tried in anyway possible to speed up the process to enable my sale. They managed to complete everything in less than 48h from my initial call in great quality

Easy to work with and very fair pricing. Did a great job cleaning up after installation and making sure it look tidied (we replaced the fire alarm mounts). Would recommend to friends/family.

Have just used Luke and his technician Joe to reset and run through my alarm system. They explained very carefully about how to operate and how I can do basic operations such as changing batteries. I also had a later issue with a smoke alarm for which they were happy to do a quick phone chat to resolve. They have also been very quick on responsive on communications. I would recommend Luke and his team.
