I asked Active Environmental Management Ltd to give me a fixed quote for removing asbestos-contaminated rubbish from an asbestos garage. They visited a couple of days later and supplied an email quote, which I accepted. The work took place the following week and I was sent photos of the completed job. They had done a very good job; the garage looked unrecognizably clean! They emailed an invoice, we paid it, and they sent through a hazardous waste consignment note. Good job done. My email enquiries received clear and prompt responses.
