Quickly arranged a site visit to scope the work and provide a quote. Went through everything in detail and followed up with written quotation. Payment of deposit easily done online. Organised National Grid on my behalf to change main fuse. Agreed installation date immediately afterwards. Work was completed quickly and tidily. Really good firm with great comms. Easy to deal with, quick and reliable.
