I can not recommend Action Dry highly enough. I have used them to test 3 different properties for mould and a full remediation works on one of them. They work to the highest standard and have the best equipment on the market. They have spent time answering all my questions and made me feel very reassured that they know what they are doing. There are a lot of companies out there not working to the standard needed to remove mould properly and are ripping people off (Pure maintenance) but Action Dry are a trustworthy company working with integrity and really know know what they are doing!

I called ActionDry to get a property assessed for a dryness certificate following drying-out works that had taken place over an extended period. Alex confirmed that the walls were dry but identified that moisture levels were still too high in the concrete floors. He installed thermo-desiccant dryers - more powerful and efficient than standard dehumidifiers - and these took care of the job in two weeks, as he'd estimated. Alex and his colleagues were clear, efficient, professional and courteous. Recommended!

Action Dry supported us in multiple ways after it was discovered that our house was contaminated with mould and I had become seriously ill with mycotoxin poisoning. From the start they went beyond providing support, advice and information of how to cope in what was a devastating situation. It started with identifying the huge level of mould and that it had a toxic nature and then doing an in depth decontamination and giving guidelines of how to cope in what was happening. It is a family run company and they do everything with good heart and deep caring and i am truly indebted to them.

I can not speak highly enough of Alex and the whole team at Action Dry. Having been sold a dud for remediation by another well-known company, I wish I had arrived at working with Action Dry first. My health has been severely impacted by toxic mould issues, and Alex and the team were supportive, kind and always approachable. They have also been always available on the phone to assist with any further issues since. I cannot recommend them enough, ultimate professionals that go above and beyond.

Action Dry assisted us with mould removal works following a leak in the bathroom that caused extensive damage to floor, walls and a built in cupboard. Very professional and thorough, they kept us updated throughout and gave us good advice for remedial works. I would not hesitate to use again and thoroughly recommend.
