Alex did a fantastic job installing a new oak staircase to replace a rather boring and dated 1960's one. His attention to detail was excellent and I could not fault the workmanship. I would recommend the company to friends and use them again without doubt. Thank you AC's Carpentry services.

We are delighted with the new window, which far exceeds our expectations. We left the detailed design to Alex and the end product is a perfect match with the existing windows in the house, which is 400 years old. Installation was not straightforward, as the roof above the window needed to be supported while the old window was removed and the new one fitted. Alex was professional and courteous, and kept us informed throughout.

Alex was very knowledgeable and efficient as well as being polite and personable. His work was to an excellent standard, nothing was too much trouble and he cleaned up after himself at the end of each day so there was no mess or dust. He diagnosed the various problems that had caused the windows to fail to operate correctly, rectified them all as well as providing good quality wood for repair of a cill and now my previously dilapidated windows and frames that hadn’t worked at all are good as new. They work perfectly and look superb. I am extremely happy with the job and highly recommend him.
