Engaged Alex from AC Carpentry to install skirting on our ground floor after previous workman botched it. Alex did an excellent job of either replacing or repairing the shoddy work and we are delighted with the result. He also fitted our new fire surround for our wood burner. He was a pleasure to have around, friendly and efficient at his work. Left everything clean and neat when he finished. Very fairly priced. We have already asked him to come back and do further jobs for us and we he will be our first call when we need any work in future. Thank you Alex and see you soon :)

Alex did a fantastic job installing a new oak staircase to replace a rather boring and dated 1960's one. His attention to detail was excellent and I could not fault the workmanship. I would recommend the company to friends and use them again without doubt. Thank you AC's Carpentry services.

We are delighted with the new window, which far exceeds our expectations. We left the detailed design to Alex and the end product is a perfect match with the existing windows in the house, which is 400 years old. Installation was not straightforward, as the roof above the window needed to be supported while the old window was removed and the new one fitted. Alex was professional and courteous, and kept us informed throughout.
