Johnson arrived promptly and took my through all the different options for changing my lock helping me decide based on all factors (security, price, knowledge etc) and patiently answering all of my (many) questions clearly. He did a quick and great job, replied promptly throughout all our correspondence and was a lovely presence!

I'm really happy with the work done. Turned up on time. Nice and friendly and chatty. Removed and fixed the Yale lock. Took the time to explain what needed to be done. Then while he was here we asked him to take a look at the deadlock. Which he fixed so it's nice and smooth now. Left the everything nice and tidy when he was finished.

Very friendly and attentive. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. No hidden charges, great service.

Johnson came yesterday to unlock a balcony door. He was very polite, efficient and made a point of staying until the job was perfect. I am very happy with the job carried out and I will use his services again !
