He did well .He went to find a replacement of the full lock .Came back replace the lock got a new handle (I asked him to get a new one). Very pleased with the work and will recommend him to my friends.

Because of the warm weather, the metal of my front door lock expanded and I couldn't open it from the outside. I was locked out of my home. Acro Security Engineers repositioned the lock and addressed some issues such as removing old screws that were in the way. They solved the problem and I can now open my lock without struggle.

Johnson from Acro was professional and friendly. He was very clear explaining what needed to be done, and what he was actually doing. He was quick and most importantly the Lock is now working. I would definitely recommend him to any friends/family that require a locksmith

Johnson is an amazing craftsman who takes the utmost care and pride in every job. I found him on Checkatrade 2 years ago, originally for a locksmith service, and have used him for several jobs since such as fitting a gate and putting up fencing. Although he doesn't advertise those services specifically, he is exceptionally skilled and diligent at anything he turns his hand to, which is why I always call him. For any future jobs regarding light building work, carpentry, etc. - Johnson will always be my first port of call. His prices are very reasonable especially given the care he takes.

Although the lock started working ok and i cancelled the job, I would like to comment how friendly and professional Acro were on the phone when i called to book and then contacted them to cancel

Locksmith was friendly and professional on the phone, asking lots of questions which gave me confidence that he knew what he was talking about. i ended up cancelling the job as the the lock started working again. I will be contacting this company again if i have any more issues with the lock
