  Diligent and professional, creative solution for the problem, responsive communication

  Salvo did a great job replacing leaking pump gate valve and automatic air vent. Dealt successfully with the challenge of dismantling the stuck old gate valves, and found an alternative solution to replace the old automatic air vent (exact type and fitting no longer available for straight replacement). Good communication to diagnose all the issues before the visit with photos, propose an alternative solution, and identify all necessary parts.

  Mr Salvatore was excellent from start to finish. He arrived exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair in around 90 minutes with no disruption to the household. He was honest and transparent about the work required and the parts that needed replacing, with great communication throughout. Professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work.
