Andy has carried out numerous jobs for us; decorating, fencing, decking and a small wall, to name but a few. He has always carried out the work in a professional manner. We would highly recommend AC Property Maintenance. The initial consultation was very factual, the quote was quick to be sent and very fair. The work commenced and we were kept in the loop throughout all the discoveries with our drains, we were given options to solve the problems that were discovered and the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. You could not ask for friendlier builders who were courteous and polite and a joy to have at our home.
