Identified the problem and was all sorted the next day

Happy with initial site visit which showed knowledge around what was required. Presented competitive quote. A couple of issues that came up during the job, were dealt with professionally which resulted in extra work. Overall very happy with the outcome.

Prompt, polite and efficient job. All old materials removed and area wiped down and swept.

First they threw all the bricks down off the roof from chimney on to the ground, and I had to replace the gravel due to the mess they made. The chimney was too short and I had to get them back to lengthen the chimney. Having initially paid £3,500 to have chimney replaced, They then demanded another £960 to replace the felt which they had not mentioned before that. The TV aerial was put on and blown down by wind twice. A professional had to put the aerial up. Cracked tiles from them treading around. Gap between tiles and chimney. Water pouring in due to bricks missing in the chimney and the gap
