Had a boiler fault and an issue with our shower unit - Charlie was excellent with sorting out both issues quickly and efficiently, and walked me through the problem and the fix itself. Would highly recommend.

We had a surprise boiler malfunction on a saturday afternoon. Charlie tried to help us over the phone and then came to our house to help directly on very short notice. He could not have been more helpful. He fixed the problem and even walked us through what he was doing and gave advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future. Very friendly, very helpful and very reasonably priced. In one visit, he's gained a long term customer.
