Acorn explained exactly what was best for our tree and why and were clearly very passionate about trees. Excellent communication throughout. The team that came to prune our tree were friendly and professional. They left no mess and the tree which had been pruned down by 30% still looked really great. Clearly done with great care. We will use Acorn again for sure!

The experience was not what I expected they told me that they could remove the stump and roots they ground down the stump which hasn't stopped this tree from sprouting all over because the roots were not taken out so I wouldn't use this site again

Second time I've used Acorn and once again, very happy with the results. Only took them about an hour, if that. Will continue to use Acorn as the quality of the work is good, they're reliable and the prices are good too. Highly recommended.

When they arrived they double checked with me what I wanted removing. They showed me exactly which parts of the tree it was best for them to cut from and asked me if that was okay which it was. When they finished they asked me to have a look at the tree to see if I was happy with what they had done. I was very happy, branches now back to boundary and not overhanging over pavement and everywhere left tidy.

Prompt response to request for quotation followed by arrival of highly skilled team. They carried out the work diligently and treated our home with respect. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
