Richard was very quick to respond to my request for a quote. Communication throughout was good. He showed great care towards the neighbours, starting and finishing at times that was convenient. Richard and his Son along with their help are a great team. Richard gave me a sound consultation and guidance for what I could achieve with the budget I had. A 4 day job to replace a wooden sleeper retaining wall and steps, plus smaller jobs - replace small picket fence, renovate shingle pathway, replace wooden sill into cellar. Richard and his team arrived on time each day. The retaining wall design was good. The standard of their workmanship dropped on the last day as they rushed to get finished.
