Old radiators in a very old house with awkward piping required replacing

    Posted 22 April

Punctual, polite and reasonably priced. This was a complex job which ended up taking the whole day. They did a brilliant job to a high standard. 2 leaks also required repair and another colleague was brought in at the end of the day to get it all completed in a day.

I was recommended to this company by a retired Plumber and heating engineer. The company turned out to be fantastic. The service was unbelievable and I will not look for any other Plumbers in the future all my plumbing works in the future will go to this company I would rate this company as a five star rating

    Boiler Replacement

    Posted 23 January

Initially called out to repair our old boiler, turns out the parts are no longer available. So was quoted a replacement boiler to be fitted to the existing system, a date was set (which was kept) and at 8.30 prompt Joe turned up and first thing he did was to lay down carpet protectors. Decided best location for the boiler, kitchen soon to be replaced. The old boiler was removed and new boiler duly installed, gas and existing pipework was adapted to suit (no mean feat) Electrician working in conjunction did his bit, boiler working perfectly, premises left clean and tidy, thoroughly recommend.

A lot of money for no result.

    Posted 20 January

A little disappointed. Booking made for call out (1 hour min) for leak repair. Plumber arrived (polite and on time) but was present for less than 10 minutes with advice that he could do nothing and best to call insurance company. £108 charge with VAT. Whilst understanding companies need to pay wages and make money, this felt excessive by all measures - particularly as other companies offer free quotation/visits and could have offered the same advice. An expensive lesson learnt.

Mr Brunger We do have to charge for our visit & as you say you were aware of this. If you could get someone out for free why did you not. ? Left home at 7.53, arrived at 8.31 on time & left at 8.52. We have to allow time for customer's that live in the centre of canterbury & On this occasion you paid for my knowledge, not what I did. I suggested you contact your insurance company to see if they cover your mains water pipe, I was trying to give you good advice some people forget they could be covered. No Plumber would touch your mains stop valve as valve outside does
