  I submitted a request for an annual boiler servicing. Graeme responded and arrived in good time for the appointment. He was thorough and efficient and was courteous and polite. The paperwork was properly completed and signed off. The price was very reasonable in comparison with the going rates.

  Emergency water leak.

  Graeme was very efficient as always came more or less straight away after contacting him, after explaining to me what to do till he arrived, promptly replaced leaking part

  Toilet leak

  Graeme was able to squeeze me in last minute after I discovered a leak from my toilet. He arrived at the time he said and quickly assessed/fixed my leaky toilet. The toilet is now working even better than it was before. He is also helping me with a water pressure issue that I flagged on the day, which hopefully will be fixable *fingers crossed*. Thank you for your great service!

  Very impressed with this company I was informed throughout whilst working on my replacement boiler . Very friendly and polite and very tidy . I would recommend this company as the work is a very high standard .
