I wasn't 100% sure what would be required for this work, but they visited my house and quoted for everything they could foresee. They arrived exactly ontime, and assured me they were not waiting around the corner. They protected the work area I had cleared for them and worked through all the required plumbing needed. I was quoted a mornings work, they arrived at 08:00 and finished by 11:55. The copper pipework is a work of art for the awkward installation my house dictated.

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional service provided by this team. After struggling with the exceptionally hard water in our area, we decided to invest in a water softener. I couldn't be happier with the results: our laundry is cleaner, there's no need to descale the kettle, bathroom, and taps anymore, and I swear my hair feels lighter, softer, and bouncier. This investment has been truly worthwhile. The installers were not only friendly but also very professional. They managed to complete the installation despite the previous plumber's less-than-satisfactory work. Highly recommend.

Graham and James arrived on time, they were clean, tidy and did a fantastic job at installing the softener. Sorted out some dodgy plumbing while they were here to give us easier access. Can’t wait for someone to feel my baby soft skin!!!! Would highly recommend getting a softener and using the amazing father and son duo!

1. When making a phone enquiry was given full information on products. 2. Initial visit to inspect area re fitting. Advised which product was needed. 3. Second visit. Arrived on time to fit.
