Had a conservatory door lock stuck in locked position, so was not able to get in or out . Wife rang ACL, within half an hour young lad turned up. Alfie , Wife loved him ,took half an hour to complete job new lock, Very nice young man, and very polite, would use them again, You R's.

The call handler was friendly and helpful, the locksmith arrived on time and took our concerns about security on board, it turned out to be a minor issue and was fixed quickly and efficiently.

I called ACL locksmiths at 6.50am as I was locked inside my flat. Andy was lovely and sent his son out to fix the lock in less than 2 hours in rush hour traffic. The work was done my lock was fixed and Alfie was friendly but very professional. The work was very reasonable priced, first rate work. I would highly recommend ACL.

The company were very helpful when unfortunately our front door slammed trapping our dog inside and us outside. Their locksmith arrived in under 40 minutes and opened our door for us swiftly, I could not recommend them more
