ACL GP Ltd rebuilt and configured an existing 3 bedroom chalet, into 5/6 bedroom house. This entailed removing entire existing roof, demolishing garage, side main gable wall and removing rear extension and internal existing floor joists etc. Removed ground floor existing concrete floors, staircase and various internal walls. We newly built the ground and first floor, converted the loft, side rear and front extensions. Reconfigured the entire internal areas, new ground and first floors comprising of concrete lower, joist and flooring to first floor. Complete internal fit out of new build including, kitchen, ensuite, bathrooms, utilitly rooms, flooring, all built as per current building regulations and standards. All plastering and decoration and finishings also completed. Externally - new block driveway, wrought iron gates and fence, rear and side stepped slate effect patio.
